Riport és dokumentarista fotós képzésen innen és túl – Kerekasztal-beszélgetés 3 kiváló szakemberrel Archív
14 Oct 2025

Időpont: 2025. október 14. (kedd) 17:30 Helyszín: MÚOSZ-székház, Rát-Táncsics terem (1064 Budapest, Vörösmarty utca 47/a) A Kommunikációs és PR-szakosztály PRaliné Klubjának második októberi eseményén a képi kommunikációé a főszerep. Várjuk a szakosztályi programon történő előzetes részvételi jelentkezéseket e-mailben a muoszkprsz@gmail.com címre. Sok szeretettel várjuk azok jelenlétét is, akiket érdekel a fotózás világa, legyenek profik vagy amatőrök, ahogyan a riport és dokumentarista fotós képzésen végzettek, illetve a tanfolyam iránt érdeklődők megjelenésére is számítunk. https://www.facebook.com/events/1127113406285441/

10 Oct 2025

A pontos helyszín hamarosan kiderül, értesítünk róla. Sony European Student Award 2025 Archív
08 Oct 2025

Sony and the World Photography Organization are expanding the Sony World Photography Awards program with a new category: the European Student Award. The competition is open to photography students from across Europe, offering them the opportunity to showcase their work on an international stage and advance their careers. Students enrolled in accredited photography courses are eligible to participate. They can now submit their best work for a chance to secure a place in the European Student Award at the 2026 Sony World Photography Awards. The winner will receive high-quality Sony camera equipment as well as an unforgettable day in London filled with workshops and exclusive networking opportunities. "We are delighted to launch this award to support emerging talent in Europe and provide students with another platform to express their vision. Photography is a powerful medium, and we want to equip young creatives with the tools, mentorship, and recognition they deserve," says Pierrick Masson, Head of Consumer Marketing, Sony Imaging and Solutions Europe. This year’s competition theme is “Together.” Participants are invited to submit a series of five to ten images that creatively explore this concept. Togetherness can take many meanings, shapes and forms. It is a subject rich for exploration. Throughout history photographers have looked at life in communities in both the human and the natural world, considering the ways that individuals exist as members of a group. For this year’s brief, we invite students to explore the theme of togetherness from any angle they choose, looking at the concept in its broadest sense. From intimate stories of camaraderie, to big and small communities working towards shared goals, to places and spaces that bring us together, and patterns of connection in the natural world - we invite you to consider the innate need for sociality in all living beings. Your images can be taken on any device, shot in any style, and approached from any angle you feel is best. While creative responses are encouraged, photographers must stick to the brief. Prizes: The winner and four shortlisted finalists will be announced in spring 2026. In addition to the camera kit, they will take part in an intensive workshop program with renowned industry experts in the creative heart of London. The highlight will be their invitation to the awards ceremony in April 2026, where the projects of all five finalists will be showcased as part of the prestigious Sony World Photography Awards 2026 exhibition at Somerset House in London (April 17 – May 4, 2026). Sonntag Grant For Photography - 2025 Archív
08 Oct 2025

Launched in 2025 and based in Berlin, this annual photography grant aims at supporting FLINTA artists (female, lesbian, inter, non-binary, trans, agender). For the first edition of this grant, we’re keeping the theme open. We’re interested in different types of photography that explore how the world is shaped, whether through the lens of politics, sociology, anthropology, or the built environment. This might mean looking at cities, public spaces, institutions, private routines or cultural patterns – though we’re equally open to unexpected perspectives, personal stories or anything you’d like to show us. Projects can be documentary, staged, experimental, or somewhere in between and we’re happy to support new or ongoing work. We care less about form and more about clarity of thought and perspective. Prizes: Each year, one artist is awarded €3,000 to develop a project. The focus is on giving time, support, and space to pursue new or ongoing work. We want to give visibility to artists who reflect on the world in thoughtful, critical, or imaginative ways. Eligibility: Submissions are open to self-identified FLINTA artists of any nationality or location, aged 18+. By submitting, participants confirm they are part of the FLINTA community. Alaska Marine Photography Awards - 2025 Archív
08 Oct 2025

The North Pacific Research Board (NPRB) Photo Awards are a competition for photographers to showcase Alaska's marine ecosystems, marine life, and human connections to the water. There are cash awards for photo stories and individual photographs in categories like Seascapes, Marine Life, and Human Connections. Youth photographers (18 and under) are also encouraged to enter for dedicated awards. NPRB started a photo contest to draw attention to the importance of Alaska’s marine ecosystems. NPRB was especially interested in photographs depicting coastal and offshore seascapes, marine life, marine science, and how people connect with Alaska’s waters. Through photography and other media, NPRB has been able to better tell our story and impact. Each year, professional and amateur photographers, as well as youth photographers, have been encouraged to submit their best five images of underwater sea life and marine research within the waters of the North Pacific Ocean including the Gulf of Alaska, Bering Sea/Aleutian Islands, and Bering Strait or Chukchi/Beaufort Seas. More than 3,000 entries have been submitted to the contest, many of which were submissions from scientists in the field, coastal community members from across the state, and commercial fishermen. Awards were given to the first, second, and third place for adult and youth categories. For 2024 and beyond, NPRB has rebranded the Photography Awards to be bigger and better with more cash awards and categories to enter. One of NPRB’s hallmark productions each year is a calendar that features photographs from the current Photo Award year. Calendars are distributed to every participant along with NPRB Board, Panels, and scientific peer reviewers. The calendars have become incredibly popular in the scientific community as they are distributed at the Alaska Marine Science Symposium and the Alaska Forum of the Environment. Prizes: Total cash awards valuing $2,100. $1,000 grand prize for Photo Story Category 3 additional categories w/ $700 grand prize 2 youth awards ($300 & $100) Eligibility: Anyone may enter. Youth submissions must be under 18. Copyrights & Usage Rights: You retain all copyrights to photographs you submit–including ownership if applicable–but by entering the award submission, entrants explicitly grant to NPRB (including its affiliates and their designees) nonexclusive, worldwide, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use each photograph and description (including the entrant’s name, city and state of residence) in any and all media now known or hereafter created, including but not limited to publication in brochures, blogs, websites, public displays and presentations. NPRB has final approval of any language that appears with the photos and will not use images to promote or endorse for-profit third-party products or services. Legal Conditions Each entrant is responsible for ensuring that he or she has the right to submit photographs to the award submission per these rules. Your entry to the award submission constitutes your agreement that your photographs may be made available for public use, published in NPRB materials, published or used in websites owned by NPRB and its partners, and used for promotional purposes including, but not limited to, a photo exhibit, film documentaries, education and outreach materials, and presentations, without compensation. NPRB will retain ownership of the portable media for previously mentioned publishing purposes. By entering, participants agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless NPRB, its respective subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees, attorneys, agents and representatives, from any and all third party liability for any injuries, loss, claim, action, demand or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with the competition (collectively, “Losses”), including without limitation any third party claim for copyright infringement or a violation of an individual’s right to privacy and/or publicity right. Tárlatvezetés Surányi Mihállyal, a Fotóművészet főszerkesztőjével Koncz Csaba kiállításában Archív
07 Oct 2025

Tárlatvezetés Surányi Mihállyal, a Fotóművészet főszerkesztőjével a Koncz Csaba - Világok peremén című kiállításban↴ In memoriam Szilágyi Sándor Koncz Csaba képzőművész, zenész az örök kívülálló szerepét érezte leginkább magáénak, mind a művészet különböző ágaiban való jelenléte, mind a társadalmi státusza ennek megfelelő volt. Surányi Mihály művészeti menedzser, kurátor, a FOTÓMŰVÉSZET magazin főszerkesztője. Elsősorban a kortárs fotográfia területén dolgozik. 2017 óta a FOTÓMŰVÉSZET magazin főszerkesztője. Elsősorban a hazai fotográfusok nemzetközi színtéren való megjelentetését tekinti fő feladatának. https://www.facebook.com/events/1096637269284899/

Semmi-szövegek Archív
05 Oct 2025

Beckett prózája ennek a megközelítésnek egyik irodalmi végpontja.
04 Oct 2025

A kiállítást Nagy Zopán - költő, író, fotográfus nyitja meg. Klarinétozni Klenyán Csaba fog. keresztes zoltán underdogimages tulajdonosaikat vesztett tárgyak szubjektív és pontatlan leltára "a kiállítás vegyes anyagát régi fotók valamint különféle holmik, amelyek közt az én elvesztett közeli hozzátartozóim - lányom, bátyáim, szüleim, nagyszüleim és mások - tárgyai, és azokról mint leltározandó tételekről készült analóg képek alkotják. a mindenkori lakókörnyezetem bizonyos tárgyai is szerepelnek, amelyek egykori tulajdonosait személyesen nem ismerhettem, de például azáltal, ahogy egy lomtalanítással ezeket a tárgyakat valaki rám örökítette, azok az élettörténetem és identitásom részei lettek, hasonlóan a családtagjaim rámhagyományozott tárgyaival. ennek a többszörösen egymásra rakódó történeti, érzelmi és tárgyi összefonódásnak a bemutatásán keresztül keresem az egyedin túlmutató közös szálat. a kiállított kézi nagyítású analóg fotók lényegi eleme, hogy a film, a vegyszer és a papir is mind lejárt, ami a hívási folyamatok kiszámíthatatlanságával a föntebb említett egybeesések esetlegességét jól modellezik." keresztes zoltán underdogimages https://www.facebook.com/events/766568176299655/
