1. Legal nature of the donation
All payments made to FotoKlikk for Photography Foundation (hereinafter: the Foundation) are considered voluntary donations.
Donations do not constitute payment for services and do not entitle the donor to any consideration or service in return.
2. Purpose of the donation
The purpose of donations is to support the operation, development, and long-term sustainability of the FotoKlikk Society community and professional platform, as well as the Foundation’s cultural, educational, and community-building activities related to photography.
3. Method of donation
Donations may be made via bank transfer or through electronic payment methods provided by the Foundation.
The amount of the donation is determined solely by the donor.
4. Refunds of donations
Due to the voluntary nature of donations, contributions are non-refundable, except in the following cases:
- if the payment was made incorrectly due to a technical error,
- if the payment was made as a result of a clear mistake (e.g. duplicate payment or incorrect amount).
In such cases, the donor may request a refund using the Foundation’s contact details.
Each request will be reviewed on an individual basis by the Foundation.
5. Acknowledgement of donors
With the donor’s prior consent, the Foundation may acknowledge donors by name on its community or professional platforms.
Such acknowledgement does not constitute consideration or a service and does not affect the legal nature of the donation.
6. Data processing
Personal data processed in connection with donations are handled in accordance with the Foundation’s Privacy Policy.
7. Governing law
These Donation Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Hungary.
8. Validity
These Donation Terms and Conditions enter into force on the date of publication and remain valid until withdrawn or amended.
