Gyere, mi segítünk neked igazi, profi fotóssá válni! A glamour fotózás workshopot azoknak ajánljuk, akik szeretnének gyakorolni, a portfóliójukat bővíteni, néhány kellemes órát baráti hangulatban eltölteni, és hobbijuknak vagy munkájuknak hódolni profi modell közreműködésével, profi környezetben. Kinek ajánljuk a portfólió építős workshopot? - Aki ismeri a fényképezőgépe működését és van már tapasztalata fotózás terén. - Szeretne új modellekkel, profi stúdióban és új témában fotózni, hogy portfólióját színesebbé tegye. - A workshop folyamán folyamatosan tehetitek fel kérdéseiteket az oktatónak. A workshopon Zsófi, profi modell áll majd a rendelkezésünkre, hogy minél sokszínűbb képek készülhessenek, változatos képekkel bővíthesd portfóliódat. A létszám korlátozott (maximum 6 fő) annak érdekében, hogy mindenkinek legyen ideje a tökéletes képet a tökéletes szögből elkészíteni. A kevésbé gyakorlott fotósoknak lehetőségük nyílik konzultációra a képek készítéséről, stúdiófotózásról és a fotózás előkészítéséről. Chromatic Photo Awards 2023

Chromatic Awards is an international competition of color photography open to both professionals and amateurs. Participation in the Chromatic Awards offers not only prestige, but also the opportunity to win extra money for the development of passion. As such, every professional and amateur photographer from every corner of the world is invited and urged to participate in the third edition of this international prestigious photographic competition dedicated to color photography where 20 categories will be adjudicated by an international jury composed of magazine editors, gallery curators, professional agents and other industry professionals. Framed: Shadow and Light

Black Box Gallery is excited to announce a juried group photo show on shadow and light. Photography is the documentation of patterns of darkness and light. Shadows enhance the relationships of subjects in an image, they give definition and dimension, which complements the quality of the light values. Photographers have used dramatic shadows and patterns in black and white images and have also explored using ethereal and moody shadows and textures in color photography. We will be looking for a range of how shadow and light are interpreted by contemporary photographers. Juror: Todd Johnson Todd Johnson is the founder and director of Black Box Gallery. Todd received his MFA in Photography from the San Francisco Art Institute. He has been a photography portfolio reviewer for Photolucida (PDX OR), Critical Mass (PDX OR), Dodho Magazine (Barcelona, Spain) and Blue Sky Gallery (PDX OR). Todd has worked as an independent curator for exhibitions at Linfield College (McMinnville, OR), Gallery Homeland (PDX OR), Mile Post 5 (PDX OR), The Waiting Room Gallery (Minneapolis, MN), 4X Gallery (PDX OR) and The Gorilla Art Gallery (San Francisco, CA). He has worked in arts education and arts administration for 25 years. Johnson has exhibited his photographic work in Portland OR, at The University of Oregon (White Box Gallery), Marylhurst University (The Art Gym), Pacific Northwest College of Art, Reed College, Linfield College, FalseFront Gallery and Augen Gallery. National exhibitions include Bushwick Open Studios (Brooklyn, NY), Carroll Square Gallery (Washington, DC), Hi Lo Gallery (Olympia, Washington), Davis and Cline Gallery (Ashland, Oregon), Midway Gallery (Bloomington, Illinois) and The Diego Rivera Gallery (San Francisco, California). Monochrome Awards 2023

You are invited to enter the 10th annual B&W photography awards. The connection of Black and White Photography with tradition and timeless values is beyond contestation. Since its infancy, black and white photography was not only the craft but primarily the art, where ideas conjured in the artist’s imagination is immortalized through the lens of their camera. Over a dozen categories allow entrants to specify definitions of photographic specializations and their large diversity allows adequate representation of photographers in several key areas. As a pillar and cradle of photography, Black and White photography is evidently a product of a great tradition. It requires experience, ability to discern dependencies and subtleties of tone, and most of all, imagination. Doug Pensinger Photography Fund 2023

The Doug Pensinger Photography Fund supports emerging and early-career sports photographers. Photographers with more than 3 years cumulative paid professional sports photography experience are considered beyond the scope of the DPPF’s programs. The DPPF is committed to promoting inclusivity and diversity and to providing free merit-based access to its programs. The process is not limited to U.S. citizens, although international applicants should be aware that paid transportation to the Sports Photography Gathering is limited to U.S. domestic airfare and that the DPPF is not able to provide support for visa procurement. PHODAR Biennial Award Competition

The topic of the 12th edition of the PHODAR Biennial Award Competition is „Sameness and semblance”. The themes around which the editions of the festival are united aim to direct the attention of the participants to various aspects of the current socio-political and cultural issues both on a global, regional and individual level. The present topic refers both to the biblical account of the creation of the world, and to the dramaturgy of the great Bulgarian writer Yordan Radichkov, who with his eponymous work in the style of absurdism subjects the clamor for more power to those in power to devastating criticism.
