" Long exposure photography gives us a wonderful ability to present the world in new and interesting ways. It can turn a turbulent sea into a milky pond, a speeding car into a blur of colour, and bring a breeze to life as it rocks a field of tall grass.
This contest is expert judged only with no rating by the crowd. You will be able to find out how you did when the judging or rating period has closed.
